Q. Are you fully insured?

A. Yes we are fully insured. We have comprehensive insurance cover totalling £20 million including employer’s liability, public/product liability and lock and key replacement.

 

Will there be someone to contact in an emergency?

Yes; our Carers are never left unsupported. If an emergency takes place within office hours, you can call your dedicated OPSCare, Care Manager. If it happens outside office hours then you have access 24/7 support via a dedicated phone line, where you can speak to someone for help, advice and guidance.

 

​Do you prepare Care Plans for customers?

Yes, an individual Care Plan is written by your manager during the assessment of each customer. The Plan will detail medication, medical conditions and all assistance required for day to day care.​

 

Do you carry out Risk Assessments?

Yes, when a customer confirms that they would like to go ahead with OPSCare Ltd, a member of our assessment team visits the customer to perform a Risk Assessment. The information from the

​Q. Who provide the cleaning materials and equipment?

A. We provide all the cleaning materials and cleaning equipment. You only need to provide us with water and power supply.

 

Q. Do you provide janitorial suppliers?

A. We do supply all the janitorial items at your convenience. We can supply you with hand towels, toilet papers, liquid hand soap, bin liners, refuse sacks, and washing up liquid, dishwasher detergents, and kitchen rolls. If you need any of these things please give us a call and we will be able to provide you with a competitive rate.​​​

 

Q. How often do you do the cleaning?

A. As our service is tailored to meet your needs we can carry out cleaning at any time that suits you. We can clean either daily, weekly or twice or three times a week.

 

​​Q. What Should I Do With My Pets During the House Cleaning?

A. Please advise us if you have pets and provide any information regarding your pets that would be helpful for us to know. Though not a requirement, we prefer pets to be restricted from the areas we clean, so our maids can clean your home better and more efficiently.​​​

 

Q. How Shall I Pay for My House Cleaning?

A. You may pay by cash, check or credit card. Payment is due at time of service. If you do not intend to be at home at the time of your maid service visit you may choose to either leave cash or a check on the kitchen counter the morning of your house cleaning. If you choose to pay by credit card, we will keep your credit card information on file at the office and charge your card once each house cleaning is completed. A fee will be assessed for all returned checks.

Q. Are all your staff vetted?

A. We take extreme care when we recruit our staff; we obtain previous employer reference a long with proof of address and eligibility to work in the UK together with a copy of the passport or the driving licence. Combining hourly wages and bonuses, we train them meticulously, we inspect their work relentlessly and we ensure adequate provisions are made in case of absentees.​​

 

Q. How much do we charge per hour?

A. We do not have a fixed hourly rate as such. In order to give our potential clients the best possible price we carry out a free site survey and customize the cleaning requirements enabling us to provide you with a very competitive price.
